Document Actions

The toolbar's overflow menu gathers actions for the open document.

Actions

• Share — opens the native system share sheet (macOS share menu, Windows Share flyout, Android/iOS share sheet).
• Print — print the document.
• Rename — rename the file.
• Delete — remove the document.
• Properties — view document information.
• Add to / Remove from Favorites — see Favorites & Sync.
• Show in Finder (desktop) — reveal the file in Finder/Explorer with it selected. This is in addition to Share, not a replacement.

The same Share / Show in Finder pairing is available on tool result screens and in Tools history.

Other menu items

Depending on your plan and the document, the overflow menu may also include Read Aloud, Jump to Page, Reflow View, AI Chat, Recognise Text, and clearing a saved password for a biometric-locked file.
